Shipping policy

We post Australia-wide.

Orders are packed by hand, usually within one working day. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

Parcels leave Tasmania, so allow an extra day or two for delivery to the mainland compared with Australia Post's estimate. Regional and remote addresses take longer again.

Standard post is $11, or free on orders over $100.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us before you do anything else and we'll chase it with Australia Post.

We don't currently ship outside Australia. If you'd like us to, tell us where you are — we're keeping a list.
